Step 2: Sign Up or Sign In

If you don’t have an Amazon KDP account, click the “Sign Up” button.

Step 3: Required Information

Provide the requested information, including your name, email address, and password.

Step 4: Verify Your Email Address

After signing up, you’ll receive an email with a verification link to confirm your email address.

Step 5: Sign In to Your KDP Account

After verifying your email address h, you can sign in to your KDP account.

Step 6: Provide Banking and Tax Information

Before you can publish a book, you must complete the tax information section, including your social security number or tax identification number. You will also need to provide payment details so you can receive royalty payments.

Step 7: Complete Account Setup

Once your tax and payment information has been entered, you can complete your account setup. You’ll now be ready to publish your first book!

You can edit your account information at any time by clicking the “Your Account” link at the top of the KDP homepage.
