Tips/Strategies to Reduce File Size in Word
1. From the menu at the top of the screen choose File – Reduce File Size
- Choose On-Screen (150) from the Print Quality dropdown list
- Ensure “Delete Cropped Areas of Pictures” is selected
- Select “All Pictures in this File”
2. When adding images to your document, always upload from your computer using Insert – Pictures – Pictures from File instead of copying and pasting.
